Our machinery consists entirely of equipment at the highest levels in the knitwear sector.
The most advanced industrial knits come out of our two divisions operating in different gauges. We now have an entire production division devoted to 18-gauge knits, where we can manufacture goods for the top high fashion luxury brands.
Production stages
- Design of the model.
- Programming on specialized software of the latest generation (Shima Seiki Apex-3) with 3D simulation of the knitted stitch (Staiger Model 9).
- Verification of stitch yield and quality control.
- Size development.
- Inspection and folding of each garment.
- Count of items, packing and shipment.
